HomeFAQRefund policy

CVPIC's refund policy, explained simply

This is a plain-English summary of how refunds work at CVPIC — when you're eligible, how to claim, and what's handled automatically. The full legal wording lives on the refund policy page, which always takes precedence.

The policy in one paragraph

If you bought one of our higher-tier plans, you are not happy with the photos the AI generated, and you have not downloaded any of the generated images, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The entry-level plan is not eligible for refunds. That is the whole core of it — the complete terms are on the refund policy page.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to the contact page.
  2. Include your order number — you'll find it in your purchase confirmation email.
  3. Confirm that you haven't downloaded any of the generated images.
  4. Briefly explain what you were unhappy with — this genuinely helps us improve the packs.

Approved refunds are processed within 2-5 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Failed generations are refunded automatically

Worth knowing, because it is separate from the refund policy: if a training run or photo generation fails on our side, the credits used are refunded to your account automatically — you don't need to ask. The status page will tell you if a run has failed or is taking abnormally long, and our turnaround guide explains what normal timing looks like.

Why the "no downloads" condition exists

It can feel strict at first glance, so here is the reasoning. Unlike a physical product, generated photos can't be "returned" — once downloaded, they are on your device and usable forever, with full commercial rights. The download line is the fairest verifiable point of acceptance: you can review every photo in your dashboard at full quality, decide they aren't good enough, and claim a refund — but you can't keep the photos and the money. Most reputable AI photo services (HeadshotPro's money-back guarantee, for example) draw a similar line.

What the policy doesn't cover

One more thing: there's no subscription to refund

A surprising amount of "refund" frustration with AI tools is really subscription frustration — being billed for a month you forgot to cancel. CVPIC removes that entire category of problem: there is no subscription, every purchase is one-time, and credits never expire. The only money conversation we ever need to have is the one on this page.

Frequently asked questions

Does CVPIC offer refunds?

Yes, on higher-tier plans. If you are not satisfied with your generated photos and have not downloaded any of them, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. The entry-level plan is not refund-eligible.

How do I request a CVPIC refund?

Go to cvpic.co.uk/contact, include your order number from your purchase confirmation email, confirm you haven't downloaded any generated images, and briefly explain what disappointed you. Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days to your original payment method.

Why does downloading photos affect refund eligibility?

Downloading is treated as accepting the results — once images are on your device we can't verify they aren't in use. This is standard across AI photo services and keeps the policy fair for everyone.

What happens if my photo generation fails?

Failed runs are handled separately from refunds: the credits used are automatically returned to your account, no request needed. If something looks stuck, contact support and we'll investigate.

Is there anything that voids a refund?

Abuse of the policy — such as manipulating the system, creating fake identities, or otherwise breaking the terms of service — results in refund denial and account suspension. For genuine dissatisfaction, the policy is straightforward.
