Refund Policy

1. Likeness guarantee
At CVPIC, we stand behind the quality of our AI-generated headshots. Pro, Max and Ultra plans include a 30-day likeness money-back guarantee when you are not satisfied with results and have not downloaded any generated images. This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Refund eligibility
Refunds are available for Pro, Max and Ultra plan customers who meet all of the following:
• You are not satisfied with the generated headshots (they do not look like you or are not usable).
• You have not downloaded any of the generated images.
• Your request is made within 30 days of purchase.

The Starter plan (£9) is not eligible for refunds because it is priced as a low-risk trial pack with minimal generation allowance after model training.

3. Refund request procedure
To initiate a refund for Pro, Max or Ultra:
1. Visit our contact page at cvpic.co.uk/contact.
2. Provide your order number from your purchase confirmation email.
3. Confirm that you have not downloaded any generated images.
4. Briefly explain why the results did not meet your expectations.
Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Failed generations automatically refund credits to your account.

4. Policy against abuse
We maintain a zero-tolerance stance on misuse of our refund policy and AI-generated resources. Any detected abuse will result in denial of refund and permanent suspension of your account.

5. Right to decline refund
CVPIC reserves the right to decline a refund if we find evidence of abuse, including attempting to manipulate our system, creating misleading identities, or violating our terms of service.
